Delete your PharmaGO account

You can request deletion of your account at any time. Once verified, we permanently remove your profile, saved addresses, prescription uploads, push notification token, and associated audit logs. We retain only the minimum information required by tax and pharmacy regulations, and only for the legally mandated period.

Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days, in line with our privacy policy.

In the app

Open PharmaGO on your device and go to Profile → Delete account. Confirm with your registered phone number. You will receive a final confirmation email when the deletion is complete.

Available in PharmaGO v1.0.x and later. If you don't see this option, use the email path instead.

Send a deletion request to support@pharmagoapp.co including your registered phone number and approximate sign-up date so we can verify you.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile (name, phone, email, addresses).
  • Your saved prescription uploads.
  • Your push notification token and device IDs.
  • Your audit logs after the standard retention window.

What we keep

Where local pharmacy or tax law requires it, we retain a minimum record of completed orders for the legally mandated period. After that period, those records are permanently purged.
